LFS 0238 Advanced Cooking Lab IV

As the capstone course of the advanced cooking curriculum, students will independently plan, budget, shop for, and prepare meals for an entire week. They will also gain experience hosting a meal, focusing on creating menus, setting tables, and coordinating food preparation with time constraints. This course emphasizes adaptability, resourcefulness, and confidence in the kitchen, strengthening the students’ ability to manage their nutritional and budgeting needs independently.
