LFS 0215 Work-Based Practicum III
In this advanced practicum, students focus on achieving greater independence and proficiency in the workplace. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, adaptability, and addressing unique workplace challenges through collaboration and creative problem-solving. Students will also work to enhance their self-advocacy and conflict resolution skills. The course includes an expanded field experience, where students will be placed in a worksite for up to 20 hours per week, developing confidence and competence in their job roles.
