LFS 0220 Work-Based Practicum IV
As the final course in the practicum sequence, this capstone experience is designed to prepare students for independent success in the workforce. Students will apply their accumulated skills to manage workplace challenges effectively and independently, including complex problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal communication. With up to 20 hours per week in a worksite placement, students will refine their abilities, gain real-world experience, and prepare for transitioning into long-term employment opportunities.
