LFS 0208 Advanced Cooking Lab I
In this introductory course for advanced certificate students, participants will learn the foundational skills needed for meal planning and grocery shopping. Emphasis is placed on creating simple shopping lists, understanding grocery store layouts, and comparing prices to stay within a budget. Students will also practice planning balanced meals for the week using basic meal-prepping techniques. By the end of the course, students will be able to prepare a weekly plan that supports independent living.
