CHR 312 Planting Missional Churches

This course will offer students the foundational understanding of what the New Testament teaches and demonstrates (prescriptive and descriptive) about the church, how those principles and examples apply to current efforts at reproducible church planting efforts, the path that the church has taken over the centuries in its development, and how modern day church planters can look to the metanarrative of the scriptures for guidance in engaging lost communities, practicing discipleship and leadership development, and offering reproducible methods for new churches. The methodology employed in this course training will be oral with classroom activities and testing being done in American Sign Language.
