BSOL 317 What It Means to Be a Leader
The course, What It Means to Be a Leader, is designed to provide the student with both an overview of the field of leadership with an understanding of the basics of day-to-day leadership in the public or private sector. This course covers the traits and contingency approaches in the field of leadership. Other topics covered will be emotions, courage, and the moral aspects of leadership.
