This course presents an overview of Studio Singing Techniques in the Modern Digital Recording Studio. Discussion begins with the singer and approaches to capturing the best vocal performance. The semester concludes with comping, tuning & editing techniques to achieve a well-recorded vocal performance. In-studio concerns are covered, such as social interaction, warm-up principles, efficiency without compromising creativity or musicality to reinforce the principle that time is money.""
